New Home Construction Sold In River Landing The Willows Madison Alabama, 35756

A young couple I've been working with for about 6 months or so just closed on this very well built 3 bedroom 2 bath home in The Willows Madison Alabama. It's always a pleasure watching clients as their excitement grows as they watch their new home go up from scratch...all the worries about is this or that done right, deciding on colors, flooring, brick & shingles. It's especially rewarding when I know they are working with a builder who has a great reputation and do everything to make the buyer feel comfortable in their decision.

Homes in this subdivision begin in the lower $130K's to the upper $200K's. There are 7 new or existing homes available and 30 or so proposed construction. Homes sell at the rate of 6 per month...a very popular neighborhood. Many buyers pick this subdivision or area of Madison for it's proximity to the Redstone Arsenal as you are only minutes away.

Ellen-I have with ground beef and all sorts of other goodies. I think I had it made with Ziti, but can't you use most any pasta?

George-the are good prices and the quality is also there...all the water in the world won't help Bermuda grass this time of the year.

Endre-six months is a stretch, but certainly not the longest I've worked with clients.

Nick, mostly Sicilian we use the Analetti and some do it with ziti. Mine had prosciutto, mortadella and peas last night, but I also enjoy it with eggplant in it!

Ed-thanks...this home in the Willows Madison Alabama is especially nice for first time buyers or anyone downsizing.

Ellen-the prosciutto and mortadella sounds great...both of which I use on Italian Subs.

Patricia-I think most people remember there first home transaction...working to make it a positive experience for the buyers pays dividends years later.

Steve-I don't know....do you think we could get the "Swimdad" out of Virginia?
