Short Sale Webinar Tomorrow at AR University

A few weeks ago Bob Stewart asked me if I would be willing to conduct a series of short sale webinars at AR University. Since the perils and pitfalls of short sales is probably one of my all-time favorite topics, how could I resist?

So, tomorrow, November 29th, we are doing the first one at 10:00 PST.

Here's what we are going to discuss in the 1 hour free webinar:

Why to embrace the Short Sale Transaction (a.k.a. the hidden goldmine)
How to think like the lending insitutions
How and where to find prospective short sale leads
What the short sale process entails
... and we will view some case studies of some successful (and not so successful short sales).

I wish I could listen in but I'm not available - I started teaching short sales in 2001 to real estate investors and agents but it's always interesting to hear what others say. I really focus on what happens INSIDE the lender and why delays exist. It's something almost everyone misses and having spent 2 years sitting in an office surrounded by loss mit workers I have some great stories :) Anyway, I saw a bullet point that says "how to think like a lender" and I'm pretty interested in hearing what you say at that point. Any chance you can send me your notes just from that part?
