First of all, 90% of all For Sale by Owners list their property with an agent. If you use our system however, you will be in the 10% that do not list. All we ask is that if you do decide to list your home, that you interview us for the job. You will see we are different from other agents. We are here to help you, and we are not pushy sales people. Our mothers raised us better than that! Second, if you do sell it on your own (which you will if you follow our program) you will remember who helped you do it, and refer us to people who may need our services. We believe in helping others, and in the process of helping others, we get to do what we love: making a living assisting others in the sale or purchase of their home.
