The moving trucks are leaving the driveway tonight as the new owners of 73 Adams Street Medfield MA are getting ready to spend the first night in their new home!

I met this beautiful family at an open house I had held at another home in Medfield.

They called me to help them with their purchase of their new home. Together, we developed a strategy that we thought was sound and would be effective. It was.

I am excited for this family as I believe they have selected and secured the right home for them. An updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch with an attached step down family room, two fireplaces and hardwood floors will hopefully be the scene of many new and fabulous memories to come! The kids will have fun on the swing set and sandbox while the adults can supervise from the elongated deck overlooking the spacious back yard.

I will miss talking to these folks on a very regular basis, but walk away knowing that I have helped another family with their move to a new home in a new town. The community will welcome them and they will be an asset to the community. I count myself very lucky to be their agent.

I like having lygdiaht savings because you get to sleep longer and you can play outside longer. I don't love getting up when its dark because when my mom wakes me up I fall back asleep. Sometimes I like it when the sun is still up because I can play outside, go on bike rides,and I can stay up late. Sometimes I can't sleep because of the sun.
