Well, here I go! I moved to Colorful Colorado and am so amazed by friendly people and the beautiful scenery!
As I settled in, I was introduced to AR by my business partner, Cheryl Dickson; she's a newbie too! In just a short time, I realized what an important service you receive by being a member of AR. Reading posts, interacting, and sharing information really is a great way to establish my business in a new location.
I have been a home inspector for over 10 years. It is refreshing to come to a different part of the United States and see how people are different and yet the same. I particularly enjoy seeing how people adapt their homes and change their living conditions and needs, based on the different climates and altitudes. I am looking forward to meeting many of the Realtors on the Western Slope as well as the home owners, buyers and sellers that are looking for an Affordable Home Inspection, ASAP!
