Lobster Roll - Sam's Chowder House - Half Moon Bay CA

By
Real Estate Agent with Norman- Hill Properties /Crown Key Realty

As the blustery weather picks up, Mike and I find ourselves wanting more comfort foods like soups, stews and chowder. One of the great things about living in Walnut Creek is that within less than a few hours drive we can get to so many great places. We like taking spontaneous road trips, and one of those recently took us to Sam's Chowder House in Half Moon Bay CA.

The view is exhilarating, the air is fresh, the atmosphere is inviting and the food, especialy the Lobster Roll, is amazing. Go see for yourself. Find a seat outside by the fire pit and try their Lobster Roll... tell us what you think... we'd love to hear from you.

By far one of the best lobster rolls I have ever tried. Coming from New England we have had our share of Lobster Rolls & Lobster Salad rolls as some people prefer (which is mixed with mayo).

Sam's puts a heaping load of tender butter lobster atop a good size roll and with some of the tastiest slaw on the side.

Its a lobster Sandwich not just a traditional sandwich and worth every cent.

Plus the service has always been consistently pleasant, and the view & ambiance is always the cherry on top. I just highly recommend going during the off-season or making a reservation first.

Thanks for the picture Mike & Rita!!
