The Festival of Lights Parade will start in downtown Colorado Springs at the corner of Tejon and St Vrain Street, and will proceed south on Tejon to Vermijo Avenue.
The weather forecast states a high of 26 degrees on Saturday, so bundle up! It is sure to be a good time! The Colorado Springs City Council approved free parking on Saturdays for the month of December for Downtown Colorado Springs.
