Special offer

Downing-Frye Realty, Bonita Springs, FL - Bonita Springs, FL
Bonita Springs Listing Specialist - Agent
I bought a home in a different part of the country last year.  I just wanted information.  I wanted it when I asked for it.  I used one agent.  Any home I saw in the paper, with a yardsign, on the internet....I called her and told her to get me the dish on it.  I didn't want 100 agents all calling back and pestering me.  I wanted photos, maps, a copy of a contract, a newspaper from the city, chamber info and partridge in a pear tree.

Hello and thank you for your comment.  I definately agree with you on that.  In fact, once you have an agent, you would be required to sign the 'Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement' which not only makes your 1 agent totally responsible for finding your home and gives him or her the OK to represent you, it also NULLIFIES any attempts for other agents to try to get your business.

If you know of any family or friends in the Atlanta area looking for Professional representation, please refer them to me at www.sherrellanderson.com  , www.metrobrokers.com/tsherrell.anderson or homes@sherrellanderson.com

Thank you
