Georgia: Do you live in one of America's Wealthiest Suburbs?
If you live in, Fayette County (#25), North Fulton County (#37 - outside the Atlanta city limits), Forsyth County (#49), or Cobb County (#90)...then you do!
According to an article published by the Atlanta Business Chronicle - Where the wealthiest suburbs in America are - these four counties, which are suburbs of Atlanta, ranked in the Top 100 in America.
For a complete list of the Top 100, click here.
The results were based on a study of 291 suburban areas of America and looked for the places with the highest incomes, the priciest real estate, the lowest levels of poverty, strongest educational backgrounds and strongest ownership of investments.
According to wikipedia.org, the 28-county Atlanta metropolitan area is the 9th largest metropolitan area in the country, the 35th largest city in the country AND the fastest growing metropolitan area in the United States -- so it is no surprise that wealth has accumulated here.
In addition, the metro Atlanta is also the 4th strongest housing market in America, despite what reports in the media would have us believe.
So it is a great time to buy real estate in the Atlanta area! If you or anyone you know is interested in buying or selling real estate in the Metro Atlanta area, call The Gebhardt Group today!
