There were 20 single family homes that sold in Huntington Long Island within the Huntington School District #3, ranging in price from $235,870 for a 5 bedroom 2 bath Hi Ranch that was listed as a short sale, to $962,360 for a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath Colonial home.
These sales reflect those single family homes sold in Huntington Long Island that were listed on multiple listing service and do not include for sale by owner, non-member or non-published sales, nor does it include condo units.

According to these stats, during the same time period for the previous year, homes in Huntington New York were on the market for 21 days shorter, there were 8 less sales, and the average listing and selling price were higher. Keep in mind though, the styles of homes, the amount of land, the location and the updates may not be equal or the same. Huntington Long Island had more sales this year which is a good sign that buyers are out and about looking and buying in the area!
