2011 December Blogging Challenge- Day 31- The Last Day Of The Challenge- Ringing In The First Day of 2012

This is the last day of the blogging challenge and I hope that you learned along this journey ways in which you can improve your business and perhaps to motivate you to continue to blog on a daily basis.

Now is the eve of new beginnings. This is the time you can erase your excuses for all those action steps left undone. This is the moment you can decide to grab the reins of your destiny and choose the path to your dreams. Tonight is the eve of your resolve.

This is your time. You can choose to triumph over your negative thoughts by replacing them with solid affirmations. You can choose to create more income this new year than you have ever before and then to help more people with your abundant blessings.

Tonight you are free to choose your place in the world. You can shrink from your greatness or you can embrace it. You can be all that you are designed to be, to take possession of your rightful place under the sun and to shine your light as you pay it forward. Others will follow you that is for certain. Which path they follow you on is determined by your steadfastness to your values and principles, your dreams and aspirations and your love and heart.

2012 will be your year or... not- the only determining factor is you.

There is so much negative news out there, I'm going to work that much harder to shake that off to keep it from holding me back.

Doug- The negative news can be used to our advantage. I don't mind it at all when it comes to real estate. If the news is bad then it is easier to get sellers to reduce their prices to closer to market. The fiip side is the buyers then think they can steal the properties. We just had this guy try to rationalize his 800K offer on our 1.6M listing which is already reduced to less than what you can build same home for on same land.

The worst thing you can do is to try to ignore the negative. What happens when you push something away from you is it resists you and causes friction. What you do instead is embrace the negative for what it truly is, a form for you to take and mold into a benefit. You allow the negative to exist but you then say, let it go. This way you move the energy through you and out of you instead of causing resistance. This is because it is human nature to be negative. If you fight that- you will only find more of it.

Then you stop watching TV. Garbage in Garbage out. I watch TV maybe once a month. We are going to cut the cable cord this month. So you save money and save your mind! Katerina
