December- Hurry And Get Organized for January and February's Rush
December has been a month to contemplate the proper direction for my business for the next year, and for the long term. Real estate can actually have so many different turns and directions and goals, it can be very confusing. 
I have maintained from the beginning of my career a long term direction and goal, and am still striving toward the same end. Sometimes little obstacles jump up in the way that are surprises, but on the whole, my direction is as designed so far.
Slow and steady like the turtoise.......
This week has been spent interviewing for a new assistant - I have put it off as long as possible. Now I know that I need one, and need to get that and my new agents organized before the spring crunch is upon us.
Goals to achieve in the next 2 years:
20 agents from all over Fairfield County
100 sales/ year at least
Increase marketing
Many of my clients from the past summer and fall have been on sabatical, and now are ready to start working toward their purchases and sales. This is always exciting, as everyone has a form of spring fever at this time of year in the real estate environment.
