...Not because they catch employees being bad, but because they catch employees being good. Though I admit that the show "Undercover Boss" sometimes does catch employees under-performing, the show most often highlights employees who are going above and beyond, often with little or no recognition.

While employees often give their best in unfair conditions, any employer would be wise to attempt to alleviate inequalities in the work place. After all, most people can only overcome basic nature for so long.

Notice that the scientist said that this experiment has been replicated with several different species. While human beings may be able to suppress their basic instincts, the urge is still there.
