Now that is the most inconsistent market data I have ever seen.

Inventory down, listings down, but so is SALE PRICES.  Sounds like you guys to have a heart to heart with agents about counseling their sellers.

I know that it has been a while, but once inventory levels fall below 3 months, it is now a SELLERS MARKET and the lowering of prices is no longer necessary.

Time to turn this around and start seeing higher prices.
