Chrysanthemums at Longwood Gardens

We have a windy winter morning in Maryland and the gardens have faded for the season. In a while, I am scheduled for my annual physical examination which is not one of my favorite activities. We do maintain a complete medical history that is available to take to appointments and I recommend that you do the same thing. Physicians love to see the medical history records.

There are some wintertime flower shows that will provide beautiful colors for the season. The Orchid Extravaganza begins this weekend at Longwood Gardens and will run from January 20^th through March 25^th. The Conservatory Spring Display at Brookside Gardens will be available from January 21^st through April 15^th.

Longwood Gardens is located in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, just west of Wilmington, Delaware. Brookside Gardens is located in the Wheaton Regional Park in Montgomery County, Maryland, and just to the north of Washington, DC.
