Doing well, Monika. So nice to hear from you. Yeah it has been chilly though, in the high 50s near the coast during the day and low 40s at night. But that beats what you are dealing with. And NO SNOW except on the distant mountains.

Rich - hmm, I responded to your comment quite some time ago and  it has disappeared. Anyhow, I appreciate it. Yep, these places have amazing views for the price.

Neal - the view is to the east, but yes you are looking down on the town of San Marcos.
