Salt Water Canal Home Inventory

Are brighter days ahead?  It could be.  This morning I was reviewing the salt water canal home inventory in Palm Coast.  I have known for several months that the number of waterfront homes had been slowly declining.  But today I realized we are at th lowest level in five years.  Currently there are 81 salt water canal homes available for sale.  Just a year ago there were 150.  That may not seem like a lot but it is a 46% reduction in inventory.  It is also notable that out of the 81 homes for sale only 11 are distress sales (2 bank owned and 9 short sales).
