TRUST!
Such a simple 5 letter word with a huge meaning.
Trust to me is so many things. Yet, when my clients place their TRUST in me I want them to have
"Total Reliance Under Stressful Times".
According to Health_Cures.com some of the top reasons of stress are:
1) Change in Financial Affairs (38) What is more of a financial affair than the buying or selling of real estate. For most clients, this is the single largest purchase or sale they will ever have. It is their financial future.
2) Renegotiating a Mortgage (rate hike) (31) Loan Mods, how this has become the BUZZ word of 2010
3) Loss of a Mortgage (30) Can you say a Short Sale?
4) Change of Living Conditions (23) Renters becoming first time home owners and Home Owners becoming tenants this is a huge change of living conditions.
5) Moving House (20) (yes we facilitate this daily)
6) Children Changing Schools (19) (Not always but frequently a change of homes means a change of schools for the kids)
7)Taking out a loan (17) (Cash buyers are awesome, how many of those are there?)
Stopping to think about TRUST I know that the people, companies, products that I TRUST the most are the ones that are always Reliable. I have TOTAL RELIANCE UNDER STRESSFUL TIMES that they will come through for me.
