M.I.B.O.R. (Metro Indinapolis Board of REALTORS®) reported today that the statistics for November were similiar to previous months in that there was a dip in units sold and a steady slow increase in average sales price. Year-to-date numbers are 29,789 properties have sold compared to 30,116 a year ago; a 1.1 percent decrease. Average ales price for the year is $154,782 compared to $153,910 in 2005. This is encouraging news and differs from what other medias have been reporting.
