Didi’s Monday Morning Recipe… on Wednesday…Save 140 calories!
Well, I was laid up with the flu on Monday, and yesterday I was away from my computer all day taking hubby to the doctor in Denver… so, my Monday Morning Recipe is a Wed. Afternoon Recipe this week.
It’s been a lovely, snowy, wintery week in the Vail Valley, so this week I’d like to share one of my favorite warm winter drinks… a healthy version of a Chai Latte.
Didi’s Chai Latte
2 c. boiling water
2 Celestial Seasonings Coconut Chai tea bags
¼ c. warm unsweetened Almond Milk
1 T. Agave Syrup
This yummy drink is only 70 calories!
(Compare to a Starbucks Grande Chai Latte made with non-fat milk at 210 calories, and you just saved yourself 140 calories by making it yourself!)
