Every Seller's Dream ! But I don't buy it ! We still have a Supply and Demand Problem, worsened by the fact many homesellers are being forced to compete with WHOLESALE Seller's(REO & SS). Add to that the Millions of Buyers who have been economically(FICO) injured in the disposal of their last(or current) house and now MUST SIT OUT 2-7 years before they can obtain a mortgage loan ! Can you say 2020 ?
