I thought I would review the residential Real Estate activities of Victoria BC in an area known by the locals as Saanich around the GORGE, an area bordered by Gorge Road Waterway to the South, Harriet Rd to the East, Burnside & Tillicum Mall to the North, Portage Inlet waterfront to the West.

Looking for a really nice family home in the Gorge area of Saanich? Call me, homes here are affordable and sell quickly. Very central location and Great Neighbourhood. I grew up here and I went to Tillicum School. We lived at 20 Gorge Road West then and it was part of the Island Highway. Check out the Gorge Tillicum Association.
