Listing SOLD To Foreign Buyer That Viewed Online Video Tour

Just found out that another property that we highlighted with video has been sold to an international buyer. As others have pointed out, at the end of the day it is the sales of properties that matter. The broker indicted to us that the vidlisting property tour was a key part of the sales process and that the buyer initially was a lead generated from the online video tour.

Video tour in English: http://www.vidlisting.com/player/videopage.asp?vid=ksjffiejfwf4&t=v

This real estate video tour was a success all of the way around in terms of the views => leads => sales process. The video had over 1000 video views in the first twelve day period and close to 2500 video views in the first month. The broker also aggressively marketed the tour in place of simply sending photos. As a result, the listing sold in under a month to a foreign buyer at a premium price for the area...not bad.

Carolyn:  Please understand that we have videos of properties and developments throughout the Americas. This particular property is an international listing in an area that does not normally attract external buyers. Video was a key of attracting attention from outside the pool of local buyers. The property is priced at the absolute high end of the current residential market.
