This month I'll close about $5,000,000 in real estate transactions. Pretty awesome if you ask me. But let's be honest, it's been brutal out there. Many of the competitors have closed their doors and many individuals have left the business. Interesting to see who is week and who becomes strong in this environment. I, too, have experienced just a frenetic sine wave over the last few months. Good days, bad days, good weeks, bad weeks. Needless to say, I've always kept in personal touch with my past clients as well as leaders within the community. Nevertheless, the payoff is now. I haven't closed a $5,000,000 month in over 26 months. Also, the bond prices are the best they've been in over 26 months. Is that a coincidence? I'm sure it is a little, but I believe that if I wasn't keeping in touch, that the opportunity wouldn't have presented itself. A farmer needs to tend to the crops before he reaps the harvest.
I do believe that there is more out there. A lot more...however, even though I'm reaping the harvest, I still need to water those in my database for another rich harvest again. Your thoughts and ideas? Anyone else seeing the industry beginning to bloom?
