Ever wondered WHY we have leap years and what February 29 is all about? There's plenty of info on the Web explaining the scientific background behind leap years. You'll have a hard time finding one more entertaining and humorously done as this video on YouTube by C.G.P. Grey.

Hi Denise-I just read something on this the other day and I was surprised myself. I had no idea how come we had a leap year. I learned something new so the day wasn't wasted. Now the guy in the video talks so fast that it could drive you a little crazy if you listened to him for longer than the four min. Smiling
