Lower prices make home ownership possible
Schoolteacher Jennifer Watenpool, 25, bought a house recently. She's overjoyed to have a chance at home ownership.
"I came from Michigan to teach down here and was actually in the process of thinking about moving back because I couldn't afford to buy a house," she said. "For me to be able to stay here is wonderful. I did not want to leave." Read More Here
