The Plantation is situated just a short walk to Marco Island's South Beach Entrance. When you reach the south end of Marco Island, you reach the area that is quiet and more relaxed, yet has some very chic condos along the beach. The Plantation is an older more classic building with fishing pier, tennis and pool. Greeted by an elegant gate, ensures privacy for its residents.
Here is the market activity since my November Update on The Plantation:
- The Plantation 2-bedroom units there are a total of 6 for sale with an average list price of $892,817 and an average of 358 days on the market.
- The Plantation 3-bedroom units there are a total of 4 for sale with an average list price of $1,330,000 and an average of 146 days on the market. The number of days on market have been reduced only because the number of listings for 3-bedroom units has doubled.
- There are no pending units at this time and no units have sold this year.
What does this mean for the market at this time? Well we are seeing indications that we are coming out of this downward trend and things are starting to look up. So now is the time to be purchasing your piece of paradise. NBC-2 News yesterday featured that things are starting to look up here in Southwest Florida.
