The last one I open is from the Florida Association of Realtors. The National Association of Realtors announce
Worst is over - home sales to trend up in 2008!!!
"Existing-home sales are projected to trend up in 2008, with pending home sales showing a slight near-term rise, according to the latest forecast by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR)"

Are we on the upswing finally?
Every area has a different trend. I have already seen vacation homes for sale in the lower price ranges starting to sell as well and not many builder inventory homes left.
I know things are changing but do we now need the media to comment as well?
