Facing Foreclosure?

By
Mortgage and Lending with Diverse Solutions

If I'm a homeowner facing foreclosure, understandably I would feel like the world is closing in on me. Creditors are calling, the electric bill is due and I can barely cover my phone bill and have enough to buy a carton of milk. How do you expect for me to pay for my mortgage?

Eventually you reach a tipping point...a point of desperation and you look anywhere for help! But be careful who/where you turn to for help. Watch the following video by Freddie Mac...

Hi Rosario,

I couldn't agree more! Now I'd hate to be disingenuous and take all the credit...Teresa Boardman had an excellent featured post here on Active Rain hi-lighting the video. So I give her credit!

Great video. I've been noticing an increase in foreclosure activity in my area and this is good information.

Hope you are having a great holiday season!

This is a great video.  Very well put together.  I wish I had a series of these to link to on my website that detail the variety of other mortgage fraud scams I encounter regularly.  We, as agents, need to get this sort of info in front of as many people as possible before they are victims... I am getting tired of the helpless feeling I get following the phone calls from people who are victims of these predators.

If you are an agent and your public blog or website has a focus on foreclosures, preforeclosures or short sales I would urge you to link to this video on YouTube so that you can help spred the word!
