Hi Jane, That's a nice looking Market Report you have on Tamecula Homes. You median price is much higher than ours, but homes are higher in California too.

260 sales in December is amazing. I have always assumed December to be one slower months for real estate sales. In this chart it is the third highest. That's amazing.
