Yesterday, I was on my way to a listing appointment in Ventura, the outer boundary of Ventura 93001 actually, and this is what I saw.

Hi Kathy,

Beautiful picture of California wildlife.  Sometimes we see them in our backyard in Georgia, especially when new construction was booming and driving the deer out of their normal habitat.  Best of success to you this year!

Those are beautiful animals. I know that was a pleasant thing to have happen to you. I love Ventura. I lived there once for about 6 months.  My husband was stationed at the base in Oxnard, It was a good experience for both of us.

Hi Kathy. Dear all deer.  They are a beauty to look at.  I remember awhile back writing a post about them...they unfortunately were eating my shrubbery.  Got use to them after a while though.

Kathy, this would definitely be a time you would HAVE to pull over and take a photo -- so cute!

Thanks everyone for the comments. I just wasn't expecting to see deer, had the listing focus mentality going on.  They did not flinch at all, when I stopped.

Cheryl, no doubt deers could get to be a bit pesty with the landscape, glad to hear the cohabitation situation is working out.
