Reviewing the RI blogs I have written in the last quarter gives me a looking glass to see what is working and which RI real estate blog posts are getting the most hits (based on number of clicks). Here’s a look back at my top 5 posts for first 3 months of 2012, as follows:

2) A $750 billion Question? ...the ultimate impact on national debt that will happen with the gargantuan student loan debt load out there...it is the gorilla in the room...read this post please!
3) I am Sorry but I am Not that Ginny ! ...Being on the receiving end of phone calls to list a home when of course they found me online but I am not the 'Ginny' who sold their home to them...Do I grab them and run with it?!

5) Credit Bumps that Delay Closings …a must read especially for first time home buyers on ensuring the credit process goes smoothly on a home purcahse.
