Has the arizona market bottomed out???

Real Estate Agent with The Monaghan Group DRE #BR526609000

Over the past few weeks i have been noticing that the pending sales have been increasing dramatically over previous months. is this just me hoping or is there actually a trend happening.

I do realize that prices are still dropping but with pending going up and a feeling of normalcy entering the public conscious is it the beginning of something good? for the record i have had more sign calls today December 23rd from real buyers than I have had for weeks and have just accepted 3 offers and have had 6 showings today.

Im positive, what do you think?

Not sure in the Arizona market, but it seems slow here in the suburbs of Chicago.  Most sales in Schaumburg and Elk Grove are under 400,000 for detached housing and under 300,000 for attached.  I was just at my place in South Florida (Miami) and when my family and I took a ride at night, I could not believe all the vacancies near South Beach. I spoke to a Realtor friend of mine in Scottsdale and she is extremely slow.   Hopefully you are having a positive streak in your business.
