Hello, It's Me..looking for feedback

That pesty Real Estate Person TRYING TO SELL YOU A HOME!!!!

I thought I 'd swing a new way with this client to get some feedback..

Let's see how this one goes??

Hello (insert new client's name here),

What is different about me (Karen) is the fact that I am truly dedicated in assisting you with the search for your vacation home and would appreciate a little feedback..... hint, hint..

Loyalty means a great deal to me as I put my heart and soul into whatever I do.(I was a nurse in critical care for 32 years) *Amen* Enough said...

I am tenacious (as I have been told) and get the job done.

There is no pressure involved, I am not in a hurry unless you are!!

I live for the moment that you have your keys to your new vacation home in your hand ...and that moment makes me very happy for you!!

So let me know what it takes to get a little feedback from you on the phone or email...*picture me with a big grin* *winks*

Tons of agents in our area don't do feedback. They figure "If my buyer felt the house was what they were looking for, we would have written an offer." It's horrible.

We love working with clients who email or call to tell us "kinda" what they like... criteria of 3 bedroom/2ba/2car is so vague... sometimes we wish we could read minds...

How about when you have the husband and wife in your office for the initial interview for their new "beach home". You give them each a note pad and ask them to take a few minutes and write down the "must haves" they are looking for in their new home here in the South Brunswick Islands. After they have finished, you share with them that one is looking for a SFH, large yard and shade trees and the other is looking for a condo on the ICW.

Hmmm.....challenging right out of the gate!
