we are at the CREIA conference in sunny San Diego having a wonderful time enjoyng lots of our home inspector freinds and meeting new ones.

It always puts a smile on my face when we open the FHA 203k consulting to new people. Some get it and some never will but the ones who do get it are off and running with new inpsection business. It is so important to realize that a home inspector can "fall on business" in their daily work.

When you are inspecting a home and notice some work or deficiencies that need to be corrected you quite often can pick up that additonal inspection and report that typically brings in twice what your home inspection fee was.

We are looking for inspectors all over the state

There seems to be allot of interest from the home inspectors we met in San Diego a few are already signed up and available to do them. One fella we met "Dave" has his first 203k inspection next week. I'm sure he is a bit nervous as this is a new inspection for him but as a home inspector he already knows what to do, he just doesn't realize it yet.

203k is a wonderful program that allows you to sell a "fixer" to a home buyer as you know and get the money to fix what ails the property all in one low interest loan. I'm glad to see Realtors in San Diego embracing the program, they are on the cutting edge.

Thanks for all the help in getting HUD/FHA 203(k) approved in such a short period of time. (3 weeks) Your training and manuel was great. I had a great meeting with Markeita Roush and her assistant Susan of Bank of America. I'm look forward to doing business with them in the near future.
