Barbara, it was a fantastic open house. This was an expired and the previous agent did not believe in open houses. It is great for single living and I had several other owners in this complex stop by and share what they did to open the floor plan up. There are so many possibilities.
It is not a detached. There are actually four units connected, but the entrances to all four units are separate so that if feels like a detached.
