2012 Palm Springs Desert Resorts Restaurant Week eateries will offer cooking demonstrations at the Palm Springs Certified Farmers' Market.
Beginning May 5 at the Palm Springs Cultural Center at the Camelot Theatres, 2300 E. Baristo Road, the chefs will show off their skills and answer guest questions from 9 to 10 a.m.

The 2012 Palm Springs Desert Resorts Restaurant Week runs June 1-10 at nearly 70 restaurants across the Coachella Valley. The three course meals are priced at $24 or $36 for the prix fixe dinners.
