Hummingbaby Update!

The hummingbird babies in Chandler, AZ are now lifting their heads for mom to feed them.  She's not sitting on the nest as much (there's not much room in there!)

Jon ~ Just about!  Some of my other posts about the babies have a paperclip and a q-tip to give you an idea of how small they are.  Amazing!

Amy - It is amazing how swiftly they are changing.  The other evening I was wondering how soon it will be before they begin flapping their wings so rapidly that they can stay aloft.  Hummingbirds are amazing little critters:-)

How cute they are and getting so fuzzy. It will not be long before they are flying. So exciting! I love the little buzzing noise they make in my yard.
