Hi Lucky, how can I thank you enough for taking all that time with me today??? I tried to find one of your post that looked lonely got send my sincere gratitude for all your help. I hope you did'nt get you in trouble with your wife :). It is seldom that someone is as nice as you were to me today, and while you are on vacation too! You can be assured that I will send anyone I can to you that needs to buy or sell a home in the Quad Cities, Davenport, Iowa areas. Hey Lucky!

Nice looking kitchen- love the cabinets and counter top. Very sharp looking!! The curb appeal is great. Looks like a peaceful community. I am sure this is a top -notch location and very desirable.

Is the wet bar and rec room in a converted basement or is it just a lower level as in a split level?

The Rec Room and Wet Bar are in the finished basement along with a 4th Bathroom and a 5th Non-conforming Bedroom (We're calling it a Den/Office).

In our area, we cannot call a basement a "Lower Level" on our MLS but we can in our marketing. Some people believe that "Lower Level" sounds better than Basement.
