Another thing happen in 2008 & 09 and really got going in 2010, the internet for real estate started to take over.  Most of us on ActiveRain got into the internet real estate before good for us.  When I started in September 2007 ActiveRain membership was under 50,000.  By mid 2008 we it 100,000, and added another 50,000 in 2009 and are continuing to grow 2011 we hit the 200,000 mark and look at it now we are over 230,000 and still adding to members daily.  Blogging, real estate on the internet has already happened and will only get bigger.  FaceBook, Twitter, e-mail, and all the dot-coms are changing the way we do business.
