Abundance of homes???? Not for my client!
One of my clients is looking for a villa in the Rivershire maintenance free neighbor located in Lincolnshire, Illinois. They would prefer a ranch or a home with a master on the first floor. Today is January 2nd and I have had 3 calls for buyers asking me to look for a particular dream home. In all my years in real estate- I have never been so busy the first week in January. What does this mean? Let's just say that my motto is that real estate will be great in 2008!!
