Todd, not sure what you did, but if there are available properties in the same complex that meet my client's criteria, I will show them all of them.
Nice add... Here is a little different miles and miles between homes not many just around the corner and not many lock boxes mostly have to set appointments that the listing agent accompanies you on...
Everyone is different...some buyers need to "see it all", and have the stamina to do it/keep it all straight. Others, it's maximum five. Another time when our listening skills will serve us well.
Todd, There is no 'norm' when it comes to showing properties. I have shown up to 10 in a day in the same community and then wrote an offer the next day after revisiting the top three. For my out-of-towners, I will show them what southern Utah has to offer by taking them to the smaller cities that surround St. George so they may 'feel' each area for themselves and then proceed in the area(s) they prefer.
You bet I showed them all and I wasn't going to have the buyer say "We didn't get to see that ONE and then not put an offer in" We showed them all and then put an offer in on their favorite.
Todd
I have a similar picture of lockboxes stacked on top of each other.....
If there is more than one unit available in the same building, I will determine which ones meet the client's requirements and show them. But I try not to get all the lockboxes all at the same time out of respect for other agents who may need to show the units, too. Besides, I don't want to confuse the keys. I've had an agent return the wrong keys to the wrong lockboxes and I've had to spend so much time straightening it out and getting duplicate keys.
