Each day I ask agents why they chose Real Estate as a career. I get a wide variety of responses and answers, most of which revolve around the independence that this business offers an agent. How much does that very independence everybody wants stop you or slow you down from being highly productive? When you are independent, you can’t be told what to say or what to do. What if you don’t have a sales background that tells you what to say and what to do? Isn’t your very independence causing the demise of the average Realtor? We both know the answer is yes. Why not give up the Independent Contractor thinking and take the advice of people that are highly productive or a person like myself that works with, trains, and coaches the most successful people in the industry on what to say and what to do? Aren’t you giving yourself a lot more independence by having a high level of sales knowledge and skills so you can produce at a high level whenever you choose to?
