So, you’re house shopping…good for you!  Now comes the problem.  You know just enough about Feng Shui to know you might screw this up!

Here’s where I come in.  I’ll be glad to help you find your perfect space.  All you’ll need to do is send me the address of the possible new home, and the birth information of those who will live there.  When I get that information, I can tell you if a house is worth giving a second glance or not.

I do this combining the Feng Shui with an iching reading.

Then the tweaking comes in.  If it’s worth a second look, you can pay for a Feng Shui consult.  Depending on whether that Feng Shui consult is detailed or not, and how big the house or building is, you’ll get a small bill or a bigger one.  That will be discussed at the time I’m hired.   If it’s not worth that second look, there is no charge.

I also Feng Shui offices.

Want good Feng Shui?  It’s up to you.

I've never heard of this.  So, does the address and birth date analysis tell you whether the current owner is living in Feng Shui as well?

Hi Lawrence,

The address will usually allow me to look it up on Google Earth, so I can determine the facing direction.  (approximately, anyway).  Then I also can look up the age of the house...at that time I can figure out what the potential is for this house.  Some houses are good right off the bat, others take some tweaking...and still others I would not own if they were offered me for free (if I was required to live there).

Then you take the people who will live there into consideration and see how the house chart or charts (if there are more than one possible) relate to them.  So, at the end of this evaluation I'll be able to tell them to either walk away...usually even telling them some of the probable history of the house...or if it 's a possible good house, I can tell them it's worth a second look.

If the facing and building date is accurate, I can tell what kind of life the people living there have had, even by the year...whether their luck was good or bad...sickness, theft...all that stuff.

After studying for over 15 years, it's simple.  ;-)

Laura, I've been so busy lately with family stuff I haven't had time to do much with blogging and my work.  But, we take time when and where we can, don't we?   I'll be back at it again in a couple months.  I'm riding out a family crisis with my mother.  I just hope I don't have to get ugly on a sibling or two before this is done.  ;-)  A monk once said that our family is a crew of divine thugs...sent to teach the hard lessons.   I'll buy the "thugs" part!  ha

James, thank you.  I love Colorado...just a tad dry for me though.  While I was there I missed the humidity of the Bluegrass State!  But, it is certainly a beautiful place.  The mountains make me feel very peaceful.
