Dane County condo sales (excluding houses) are slightly ahead of last year's pace through the month of April, but our latest Dane County pending condo sales report predicts the sales pace will accelerate in June. As the graph below shows, the number of listings with accepted offers is up by 59% from the same time last year.
Note: our final May condo sales numbers are not available yet, but condo sales in May will prove to be well above last year's total.
