Did you Know the Keller Williams Got It Right
Keller Williams Corporate has publicly and in their mission statement indicate that position is God Family then Business. That is accordance with my beliefs. I was suprised that they stand firm on the position.
For those of you who would like to have a different culture of caring agents and a dominate real estate company who is number one in the market contact me. I will explain how we have taken the market by storm.
Our team leader is known thought the system and is a true inspiration to all the agents in the office. He has used many things to help us understand the reality of life and our having a business that is worth owning.
His office meetings are something that should be studied and used by owners and managers throughout all systems.
