HIRING OUR HEROES job fair on Maui this week
Are you a veteran looking for a job on Maui right now? Be sure to attend this event hosted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to help vets and military spouses find employment. About 40 employers have registered for the fair and jobseekers are asked to register at hoh.greatjob.net. If you haven't registered beforehand be sure to bring your military ID. It's a beautiful spot to be, so put on a smile and see what's happening at the job fair!
WHERE: The King Kamehameha Golf Club, 2500 Honoapiilani Highway in Wailuku - (also known as Monroe's)
WHEN: Thursday June 14, 2012 from 3-7 pm
WHO: Bank of Hawaii, Maui Memorial Medical Center, Oceanit, Hawaii Pacific Solar, Maui Police Department, several hotels and resorts, car rental companies, and several defense technology companies are hiring. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Maui Chamber of Commerce, the U.S. Dept. of Labor, Veteran's Employment and Training Service, Workforce Development Divison Worksource Maui, Office of Veteran Services, Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, and the U.S. Army Reserve are all sponsors of this event.
