Why a Brokerage Matters to a Buyer or Seller

A RealtorĀ® is only as strong as their network and their marketing. My Coldwell Banker office opens up my network to hundreds of agents who are getting listings in who, since I keep them apprised of what my buyers are looking for, can come to me when they have something that may fit my buyers needs. This means I know about listings before they hit market and can be prepared with information and advice for my clients more quickly than other Realtors may be able to. On the selling side it means that I could have potential buyers lined up before the house hits market! A quick sale is what we're always looking for and the strength of a brokerage is access to other agents who are all working together to buy and sell homes for their clients.

My network of Realtors outside of Coldwell Banker is also quite large, with my affiliations and past brokerages in the area so I not only have my office but my personal contacts as well to strengthen my ability to find your dream home. It is also useful in the negotiating process to have these relationships in place as it makes the process of closing a home much easier as well because there is open communication!
