Pets Paradise in Seminole Florida

Its amazing how when pet owners are looking for a new home the needs of the pets are often top of the list and no matter how beautiful a property maybe if Fido is not happy then nor are we and I am one of the worst I can assure you.

If the road is too busy or the neighbors are too close or the fences cannot be erected in the right places and more often there just is no yard for playtime then believe me pet owners like  myself will not look twice.

happy dog

125th Street N and 120th Ave N in Seminole Florida right around Pinellas Groves and Walsingham Park is paradise for our pets, the homes you will find here are well established family sized houses with more importantly never ending yards, mini woodlands encased in pet friendly fencing just waiting for Fido and his family to move in and make themselves at home.

Being so close to the Gulf Beaches good sized yards are not always easy to find and often are filled with the pool and grill not leaving much room for a good run. Getting around from here is easy 102nd Ave N will take you to all of the main commuting routes and despite feeling like you are out in the country the beach is just short drive away.

Currently in Pinellas Groves you can buy 6000 sq ft in just over an acre for a little over $86 per sq ft, whats not to love and Fido will love you forever. CONTACT ME TODAY and I will bring the doggy treats.

Heather, you are so right, it is important that a home fits ALL the family members, even the furry ones! Good post with great neighborhood information!

When I bought my house, we had two "have to"  lists, mine and my cats.

I wanted to be in a central location on the barrier Islands, she wanted a quite street with hardly any traffic and one goes the list.

I wanted to be on the water, she wanted a huge yard.

Took me 6 month of searching new listings every day....... but in the end we both got want we wanted.

That sounds like a great deal down your way, Heather. And, my cats are very demanding-they want lots of windows with lots of birds, butterflies, and other flying creatures zooming by. :)

Anybody with pets certainly does need a yard for that pet to run around...........same with children, plenty of room is a must!!!!
