Located South of Pico Blvd. and running east of Lincoln Blvd. and around the Santa Monica airport to Centinela Ave. Home to the highly desired Santa Monica School District, Santa Monica College, Santa Monica Airport, excellent shops, cafe's, and restaurants.

Most of the homes are small one-story houses built in the 1940s for workers at the Douglas Aircraft Factory.
